Consumer Credit Counseling Service

Consumer Credit Counseling Service (CCCS) is a local, non-profit credit counseling agency that has helped people in the Miami Valley solve their credit and debt problems since 1980. CCCS provides you with the support, knowledge and tools needed to make informed financial decisions.  Over the past 25 years, we’ve helped thousands regain control over their debt, rebuild their credit and ultimately achieve financial fitness.

We offer confidential financial counseling, debt management programs, housing counseling and bankruptcy counseling* personalized to meet your needs. Our certified counselors have the experience, knowledge and compassion to help develop a plan to resolve challenging financial situations.

CCCS is a member of the Better Business Bureau and the National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC).  We are an accredited organization through the Council on Accreditation for Children and Family Services (COA).  CCCS is approved by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to provide housing counseling and by the Executive Office of the United States Trustee to provide bankruptcy counseling and pre-discharge financial education.*
While we do offer certain specific services that require a fee, most of our general counseling services are free.  CCCS is funded by voluntary contributions from creditors, client donations, grants and other community-based resources.

As a program of Graceworks Lutheran Services we are headquartered in Dayton, Ohio, and serve Southwest Ohio and Southeast Indiana.  We have satellite locations in Sidney, Springfield, Ohio and Richmond, Indiana.  Contact us at one of our convenient locations nearest you.
